Online Exclusives
Our Online Exclusives collection features special items available exclusively through our website and shipped directly from our vendors.
Please note:
- Online Exclusives are not available in-store.
- All Online Exclusive purchases are Final Sale.
- No returns, exchanges, or store credit will be issued on Online Exclusive items.
Returns & Store Credit
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, based on the carrier's tracking information.
Approved returns will receive Store Credit in the form of a Rustic Interiors E-Gift Card. We do not offer refunds on standard purchases.
To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Unused
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original packaging
- Free from damage, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear
Items returned that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

Approved claims may be eligible for replacement, store credit, or refund.

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Shipping Information
Standard shipping on most orders is a flat rate of $10.
Online Exclusive items ship directly from our vendors and may incur separate shipping charges.
Please note: Online Exclusive items selected for local pickup are still subject to vendor shipping fees, which will be collected prior to pickup.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
For returns valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Rustic Interiors cannot guarantee receipt of untracked packages.
