RETURN POLICY

At Rustic Interiors, we want you to love what you order! Our return policy is simple and straightforward to make your shopping experience easy.

ONLINE EXCLUSIVES

We’re excited to now offer Online Exclusives — special items available only on our website.
Please note:

  • Online Exclusives are NOT sold in store.

  • They are FINAL SALE — no returns, no exchanges, no excuses.
    Once it’s yours, have fun and enjoy it (or gift it to someone special)!


IN-STORE & STANDARD ONLINE PURCHASES

Items are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days from the date your package arrives at your door (based on USPS tracking).
No refunds are given for returns. All approved returns will receive Store Credit Only in the form of a Rustic Interiors E-Gift Card.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging.

  • Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or Final Sale items (items from the Sale or Final Few Collections, markdowns of 30% or more, or marked FS)

  • Consumables (food, flowers, candles, etc.)

  • Accessories, bedding, stuffed animals

  • Health and personal care items

  • ALL Furniture and Spartina items (Final Sale)

  • Online Exclusives

Partial refunds may be considered only in specific cases (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).


REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Refunds are only granted if an incorrect or damaged item is received.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. (Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.)

If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please verify with your bank or credit card company, then contact us at shoprusticinteriors@gmail.com if needed.


EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Standard shipping for online orders is a flat $10.

  • Online Exclusive orders ship directly from our vendors and incur a separate shipping cost.

  • If you order an Online Exclusive for in-store pickup, the shipping fee will still apply and will be due at pickup.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

For your protection, if your return is over $50, please use a trackable shipping method or purchase shipping insurance — we can’t guarantee receipt of untracked packages.
