RETURN POLICY
- ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE! No returns or exchanges!
- Returns are accepted for STORE CREDIT ONLY! Once your return is processed at our store, you will receive ONLINE store credit. If you return your online order to our Home Store, you may opt for an in-store gift card at that time. Store Credits are non-transferable.
- All returns must be sent back to our Home Store within 14 days of the delivery date.
- If your return was not due to a product defect you will be credited for the price of the item minus shipping fees.
- Bath/Body items, Skincare, Candles, Accessories, Drink-ware and Consumable Products are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned. Any sale items or accessories returned, will NOT be processed. If you wish to have this item returned back to you, we can include it in your next order or charge an $8 re-shipping fee.
- All sales or coupon codes of/or exceeding 30% off are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return. These returns will not be processed for online or in-store credit.
- All merchandise must be returned in original condition with tags attached. If items have makeup, deodorant, or other stains/odors, you WILL NOT be given credit and items will be sent back for a $10 return fee.
