Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing.
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days via USPS.
Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or USPS service interruptions.
If you require a different shipping carrier, please leave a note at checkout.
Additional shipping fees may apply.
📦 Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for a $10 re-shipping fee.
Please verify your shipping address at checkout — we cannot modify shipping info once an order has been sent.
Shipping fees are only refundable if:

USPS confirms the package is lost or destroyed
🏬 In-Store Pickup
Pickup Hours:

Sunday: 11 AM – 3 PM

Tuesday–Saturday: 10 AM – 6 PM
Same-Day Pickup Option:

Orders placed before 12 PM → ready after 2 PM same day

Orders placed after 12 PM → ready next business day
You will receive a FULFILLED email when your order is ready.
Orders must be picked up within 2 weeks.
Unclaimed orders with no communication will be considered abandoned and are not eligible for refund or credit.

🔄 Returns for Online Orders
Online orders may be returned in-store for faster processing.
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and accompanied by a receipt.
Store credit is issued the same business day (if eligible), and an email confirmation will follow once your credit has been applied.
