Standard Shipping: $10 Flat Rate (U.S. Orders)

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Once your order ships, most packages arrive within 3–7 business days via USPS. Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

If you prefer a different shipping carrier, please leave a note at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Undeliverable Packages

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for a $10 re-shipping fee. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to modify shipping information.

Shipping charges are non-refundable except in the following situations:

• An approved exchange is being processed

• USPS confirms the package has been lost or destroyed in transit

In-Store Pickup

We are pleased to offer complimentary in-store pickup at our Historic Downtown Ramona location.

Pickup Hours

Sunday: 11 AM – 3 PM

Tuesday – Saturday: 10 AM – 6 PM

Monday: Closed

Same-Day Pickup

Orders placed before 12 PM are typically available after 2 PM the same day.

Orders placed after 12 PM will generally be ready the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for pickup.
