FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ORDERS OF $150 OR MORE!
Standard Shipping $10 (USA): Please allow 1-3 business days for these orders to be processed. Once they are processed they will be shipped by USPS and received within 3-7 business days. The US Postal Service will make the final delivery for our standard shipping option. If you would like your package to be delivered by another shipping option, please select of leave us a note and us a note in the order and we will contact you ASAP. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and USPS exceptions beyond our control.
If the address provided is incorrect and unable to be delivered by USPS, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage fees that are incurred. A flat rate $10.00 shipping cost will be charged to the customer to re-deliver the order with the corrected shipping address. Please double check that your shipping address is correct while on the check out page.
Shipping will ONLY be refunded for exchange orders or if our package is deemed lost or destroyed by USPS.
IN-STORE PICK UP/RETURN
Pick Ups: Online orders may be picked up from our store Sunday 11am to 3pm, Tuesday-Saturday 10am-6pm. If your order is placed by 12pm it is able to be picked up after 2pm the SAME business day! Orders placed after 12pm can be picked up the following business day! Once your order is fulfilled the status will change to FULFILLED and you will receive an email. Orders will be kept at the store until they are picked up! After 2 weeks of no communication or Pick-up your items will be seen as abandon, therefore no refund. All online store pick-up orders can only be picked up at our store location (603 Main St. Ste. 9, Ramona, CA 92065).
In-Store Pick-ups with Online Exclusives: You will be charged shipping at pickup since this item was shipped to us directly from our Vendor. Shipping fee will vary from $6-12 or if you spend $200 in Online Exclusive items NOT in conjunction with In-Store merchandise; it will be FREE.
Returns: Online orders may be returned to the store for priority processing. The items you wish to return must be in the same condition as received with the receipt. No return label is necessary. Store credit will be available for use the same business day, if applicable. Customers will receive an email after the return is processed and the store credit has been added to their account.
